THE MIDLIFEPRENEUR

Exploring What It Really Takes to Build a Great Life After 50.

Real stories. Useful experts. Better questions.

The Midlifepreneur looks at the money, business, health, relationships, lifestyle, and choices that shape our quality of life after 50.

Through conversations with experts and people living it, we explore what helps create more freedom, prosperity, and choice in the years ahead.

After 50, the questions get more real.

How much money is enough? What does meaningful work look like now? How do you protect your health, your time, and your freedom? What happens when relationships, family responsibilities, or your identity start shifting?

The Midlifepreneur is where we ask those questions out loud. We hear from people with expertise, people with lived experience, and people maneuvering their way through the same challenges the rest of us face at this stage of life.

The point is not to have every answer. It is to make better decisions about how we want to live.

A great life after 50 is not one-dimensional.

Money affects freedom. Health affects energy. Relationships affect decisions. Work and business affect security, purpose, and possibility.

These things do not live in separate boxes. They collide in real life. That is where the most useful conversations begin.

A Midlifepreneur is someone building what comes next on their own terms after 50.

It might mean starting a business, creating new income, changing how you live, rebuilding after a setback, or finally going after something you’ve wanted for years. The point is that you’re not done. You’re designing the next chapter.

Why I created The Midlifepreneur

I'm Stacy Spark, founder and host of The Midlifepreneur.

After more than two decades in executive leadership, I left the workforce and discovered that building a great life after 50 is not just one problem to solve. Money, freedom, identity, health, relationships, work, and the way we want to spend our time all intersect.

I created The Midlifepreneur to have the conversations I wanted to hear: practical, curious conversations with experts, Midlifepreneurs, and people figuring out how to make these years some of their best.

I am especially interested in the role money plays in all of it, because financial well-being changes what we are free to choose.
